Conference Registration

Registration is open to SAP customers, prospective customers, partners, consultants, employees, and members of the press, analyst, and blogger communities.

Our current registration fee is US$2,595 per person, valid until we reach sold-out status.

Community Day Registration

Add one of our preconference Community Day programs to your conference registration. Community Day programs are happening on Monday, September 8 and range from
US$295 – US$495 per person.

Hotel Accommodations

SAP has negotiated discounted hotel room rates and high-speed internet access for our registered attendees at both The Venetian and The Palazzo — both conveniently located next to the Congress Center where all conference activities will take place. Please note: The Venetian and The Palazzo are two separate hotel towers with different entrances and check-in locations. To take advantage of these special discounted room rates, you must first register for the conference. After you complete your registration, you will then have the option to book a hotel room. Please do not contact the hotel directly for hotel reservations at conference rates.

Rates for both The Venetian and The Palazzo:

• Room rate: US$229 plus 9% tax
• Internet fee: US$4.95 daily

We encourage you to register and book hotel accommodations early. The deadline to book a hotel room at the SAP discounted rate is Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Availability is limited and after this date, we cannot guarantee hotel room availability within the conference hotel block at the SAP discounted rate.

The hotel will require a credit card deposit guarantee to make a reservation. Upon making a reservation, a first-night deposit will be immediately charged to your credit card.

Special needs requirements or request(s) may be made through the hotel reservation process. Requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

On or before Friday, August 29, 2008, you may access your hotel reservation record online to make changes or to cancel the reservation. After Friday, August 29, 2008, you must contact the hotel property directly to make any changes or to cancel the existing hotel reservation. A hotel reservation must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of the first-night deposit. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date (no-show), you forfeit your first-night deposit and your remaining reservation will be canceled. SAP is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.
