Jumpstart your conference experience by attending an ASUG pre-conference seminar. These full-day seminars are developed in collaboration with Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG). When you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to add an ASUG pre-conference seminar to your registration for an additional fee (US$495 ASUG members; US$595 ASUG non-members).
Buy Four Get One Free package participants should NOT register independently. Instead each participant should wait to receive an invitation-to-register e-mail from the lead registrant. If a Buy Four Get One Free package participant registers on their own, they will be required to cancel their own registration and pay the US$350 service charge before they can register under the Buy Four Get One Free package.
Only paid Full Conference registrations qualify for this promotion. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. SAP employees are not eligible to participate and/or purchase registrations for this promotion.
All five registrants must be employed by the same company and possess the same e-mail address domain. One lead registrant must take responsibility to purchase the Buy Four Get One Free package.
We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. We cannot accept purchase orders as payment. No exceptions. Once we receive full payment, we will provide the lead registrant with a Buy Four Get One Free invitation console. Each invitation console permits a maximum of five registration entries. Each registrant must complete his/her own registration. Unused Buy Four Get One Free registrations are forfeited and ineligible for a refund. No exceptions.

SAP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time.
Hands-on workshop sign-up is tentatively scheduled to open online during the week of September September 13–17. We will send all fully paid Full Conference registrants two advance e-mail alerts announcing the exact opening date and time. Add sapteched@sapevents.com to your e-mail safe senders list to ensure that you receive these e-mail alerts. Once hands-on workshop sign-up opens in September, each Full Conference registrant may sign up for a maximum of two hands-on workshops.
A US$350 service charge applies to all registration cancellations submitted in writing and received on or before Friday, September 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. PDT. A registrant must provide the registration confirmation number and submit a written cancellation request either via e-mail to sapteched@sapevents.com or via fax to +1 413-653-9014. SAP will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.
SAP will not issue refunds on cancellations received after Friday, September 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
Registration cancellation does not automatically affect the hotel reservation. The registrant is responsible to contact the hotel property directly to make any changes or to cancel an existing hotel reservation. A hotel reservation must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive full refund of the first-night deposit. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date (no-show), you forfeit your first-night deposit. SAP is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.

Registration substitutions are only permitted between employees from the same company. There is no fee for name-change substitutions if no payment information is changed. A US$150.00 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring updates to payment information. A registrant must submit a completed substitution form via fax to +1 413-653-9014. SAP will not accept a substitution request over the telephone. If a substitution is required on site, SAP will accept a written request on company letterhead.
