Hotel Information

SAP has secured room blocks with discounted rates at several Phoenix hotels to offer our attendees a range of room rates and amenities. Some properties are located in downtown Phoenix within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center. SAP will provide complimentary shuttle service for attendees staying at those hotels a distance away. The deadline to book hotel accommodations within the SAP block is Thur., Sept. 17, 2009.

All hotels will require a credit card deposit guarantee to make a reservation. A first-night deposit (room rate plus tax) will be charged to your credit card after Friday, September 18, 2009.

If you have any special needs or requirements pertaining to your hotel accommodations, you will have the opportunity to indicate your request(s) through the hotel reservation process. All requests are subject to availability upon arrival.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeiting your first-night deposit.
