Included in each exhibit package is an allotment of complimentary registrations (badges). Once the signed Agreement is received, the exhibitor's logistics contact will be able to facilitate the registration process for their staff via the Exhibitor Console.
All SAP TechEd 2009 Phoenix conference events and activities will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center.
Hotel Information
SAP has secured room blocks with discounted rates at several Phoenix hotels to offer our attendees a range of room rates and amenities. Some properties are located in downtown Phoenix within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center. For those staying at conference hotel properties outside of downtown Phoenix, SAP will provide complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the Phoenix Convention Center during the conference.

New Reservations
New reservations within the contracted SAP TechEd 2009 Phoenix hotel block will be accepted on-line until Tuesday, September 29th @ 5:00 p.m. PDT. After September 29th, housing availability and SAP contracted rates within the SAP TechEd 2009 Phoenix conference hotel block are not guaranteed.
All hotels will require a credit card deposit guarantee to make a reservation. A first-night deposit (room rate plus tax) will be charged to your credit card anytime after Friday, September 18, 2009.
Hotel Modifications to Existing Reservations
Prior to your hotel's posted cut-off date, all changes or cancellations to existing reservations may be made on-line via "Access My Reservation." An updated e-mail acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please keep this for your records.
After the posted cut-off date for each hotel, all reservations will be transitioned to each property's reservation system. Changes to reservations may be made directly with your hotel approximately 4 days after the hotel cut-off. Please note accordingly for the hotel you have made your reservation with.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not automatically update your hotel reservation. All cancellations must be received seven (7) business days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Refunded credit card deposits will appear on your next credit card statement.
All cancellations made within seven (7) business days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to check-in to the hotel on the designated arrival date will cancel your registration and also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
