Everybody Gets a Price Break

SAP TechEd 2011 Las Vegas brings to its exhibitors the opportunity to offer their customers a $100 discount towards the purchase of a Full Conference registration. In addition, this referral program rewards the exhibitor with a $200 rebate for each "new" registration they generate.

All exhibitors are eligible to participate in the SAP TechEd Exhibitor Referral program. Through the use of a unique voucher code provided by the exhibitor, attendees can save and be a part of SAP's premier technical conference experience, while exhibitors can reduce their costs for exhibiting at the event. Ultimately, everybody wins!

How to Participate

• Locate the unique voucher code on the "SAP TechEd 2011 Las Vegas Exhibitor Agreement Received" e-mail from SAP.
• The exhibitor may develop their own invitation to announce the $100 discount voucher offer to their customers or use the suggested text provided below.
• SAP TechEd 2011 Las Vegas registrants will realize a $100 discount toward the purchase of a Full Conference registration by entering exhibitor's unique voucher code at the time of registration.
• The exhibitor will automatically realize a $200 credit for each new registrant. A "new" registrant is defined as a person who has not attended any SAP TechEd conference within the past two years (2009 and 2010).

 

Campaign Rules

Attendee Eligibility

• The $100 discount voucher code may be used towards the purchase of a Full Conference registration.
• By entering the voucher code during the online registration process, the registrant automatically receives the $100 discount.
• A voucher may only be applied to an individual Full Conference registration (Early Bird, Regular, and Late). It may not be used in conjunction with any other registration type (e.g. "Day Pass" or "Buy Four, Get One Free" group discount), vouchers, promotional offers, or SAP-funded registrations. The voucher code must be entered during the registration process and may not be applied retroactively to an existing registration.
• SAP employees are not eligible to use a voucher.
• The discount is not valid for other SAP products, services, or events and may not be redeemed for cash. SAP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the SAP TechEd 2011 Exhibitor Referral Program at any time. SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.

Exhibitor Credit Eligibility

• Exhibitors will earn a $200 credit for each "new registrant" who uses their voucher code during the registration process.
• A "new registrant" is defined as a person who has not attended any SAP TechEd conference within the past two years (2009 and 2010).
• The $200 credit to the exhibitor is not applicable to the registrations of anyone who (a) has attended SAP TechEd 2009 or 2010, or (b) is an employee of the exhibiting company.
• The registrants, however, will still receive the $100 discount if they meet the attendee eligibility criteria outlined above.

Exhibitor Credit Payout

• The exhibitor will receive the $200 credit for each "new registrant" in the form of credit toward their SAP TechEd 2012 exhibit fee.
• The maximum payout to each exhibitor will be limited to 50% of their SAP TechEd 2011 Las Vegas Exhibit Package fee.
• SAP agrees to provide the exhibitor with the number of voucher codes used.
• SAP will provide first name, last name and company name of any registrant using the exhibitor's voucher code.
