Eligibility

As of July 11, 2008, eligibility to be an exhibitor at SAP TechEd 2008 Las Vegas will be limited to companies that have a current partnership agreement in good standing with SAP. Companies that do not meet this requirement will need an explicit endorsement from SAP. For more information on SAP PartnerEdge and partnership requirements and benefits, please visit www.partnerwithsap.com. SAP reserves the right to reject any application to exhibit. All Exhibitors must be in good credit standing with SAP with no past due amounts.

Assignment of Space / Payment Terms

The assignment of Exhibitor space is determined by alphabetical order for all Exhibitors who meet the deadlines outlined on the Exhibitor Application. Exhibitors will be positioned in alphabetical order in a serpentine manner in the Exhibit Hall. To be eligible for this positioning order, SAP must receive a signed and completed Exhibitor Agreement and full payment. The deadline for receipt of the Agreement and payment is Friday, July 25, 2008. Exhibitors whose signed Agreement and payment is received after Friday, July 25, 2008 and accepted by SAP will be assigned booth space based on availability. SAP retains the exclusive right to revise the Exhibit Hall floor plan and/or move Exhibitors as necessary. All fees must be paid in full prior to set-up.

Early Bird applications are offered at a discount through Friday, June 20, 2008. To receive the Early Bird discount, full payment and a signed Exhibitor Agreement must be received by SAP by Friday, June 20, 2008.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

Complete and submit all necessary required documents by the respective deadlines
Register all company conference attendees, paying only for badges not included in the selected exhibit package
Book and pay for all hotel room reservations exclusively with one of the SAP TechEd 2008 conference hotels
Gold Plus, Gold, and Silver level exhibitors to provide final artwork for graphic panels. Exhibitor provides the artwork; Freeman produces the panels
Order and pay for all phone lines/calls, and audio-visual services (over and above display monitor included in the exhibit package)
Manage shipping, drayage, set-up/teardown of your own hardware, etc.
Provide hardware, software, and technical support for product and/or service demonstration
Gold Plus, Gold and Silver level exhibitors must utilize the booth components that are provided in the exhibit package and may not use their own banners, furniture, or exhibit components at SAP TechEd 2008 Las Vegas
Platinum level exhibitors are required to provide their own booth structure, AV, Internet, electrical, etc.
