Exhibitor Manual

SAP has developed the SAP TechEd 2008 Las Vegas Exhibitor Manual as a tool for you, our valued exhibitors. We hope that it will be helpful in locating and selecting all of the services available to you as an exhibitor. Please take note of the required forms and package specific instructions and be respective of due dates. We ask that you bookmark the Web page and check back frequently, as we will post updates as necessary. For optimal results, please follow these quick steps to ensure you are always viewing the most current documents.

1.		Go to your Tools menu on your browser and select "Internet Options".
2.		On the General tab, please select the "Setting" button in the "Temporary Internet files" section.
3.		Make sure that "Every visit to the page" is selected and click "OK".
4.		Click "OK" on your Internet Options window and you should be all set.

To save these files to a hard drive, right-click on the link, and select "Save Target As".

Platinum Level Exhibitors — contact your Conference Exhibit Manager, Ellen Stangroom, for specific instructions and additional forms not included below.

PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to preserve the conference's longstanding egalitarian look and feel, we require that all exhibitors use the same booth components provided in the exhibit package. Exhibitors may not use their own banners, furniture, or exhibit components. Aesthetically these additions deviate from our egalitarian look and feel and could possibly be a site line issue with neighboring exhibitors.
