Registration Payment Terms and Conditions
For all early bird registrations, payment must be received by September 9, 2009. For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. We accept demand drafts and cheques. You can also make your payment online. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please e-mail your cancellation request to sapteched@kestone.in All cancellation requests must be received before October 30, 2009. For cancellation requests received before October 30, 2009 there will be a deduction of INR 2,500/- from the conference registration fee. Cancellations received after October 30, 2009, as well as registrants not attending without cancelling, will be liable for the full registration fee. For all valid cancellation requests, refunds will be processed after the event.
Cancellation of Virtual SAP TechEd (VSTE) subscription is possible, but only in combination with cancellation of conference registration. There will not be a separate cancellation fee for VSTE subscription.
SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.
Registration Substitution Policy
Please e-mail your substitution request to sapteched@kestone.in with the details of the person you would like to substitute. All substitution requests must be received before October 30, 2009. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Virtual SAP TechEd (VSTE) subscription, if availed, will be automatically transferred to substitute registrant.
Substitution of VSTE subscription is only possible in combination with substitution for conference registration.
Registration substitutions for SAP TechEd 2009 Bangalore are permitted only between employees from the same company and of the same registration type (Full Conference or Lectures-only). Registration is transferable only once.
Hands-on Workshop Sign-up
Only Full Conference registrants who have already paid their registration fee may reserve seats for hands-on workshops. Advance sign-up is required for reserved seating. We reserve hands-on workshop seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
Log on to My Agenda to sign up for a maximum of two workshops. The deadline to reserve hands-on workshops is 6:00 p.m. IST on Friday, November 13.
Once hands-on workshop sign-up opens, each Full Conference registrant may sign up for a maximum of two workshops. Please plan to sign up as early as possible to reserve a seat in your desired hands-on workshop(s). Review the session details published on the conference Web site for any prerequisites to ensure you are fully qualified to attend.
Event Cancellation
In the event that SAP TechEd 2009 Bangalore is cancelled, registrants will receive the registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
Group Registration Participation Rules
Rules of Engagement
All group registrants must be employed by the same company. Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.
How to Register
To avail group registration discount, please contact sapteched@kestone.in. Once your group discount request is approved, you will receive a unique Reference Code. Please enter the Reference Code in the designated field while registering online.
Promotional Terms of Use
- Only new registrations are eligible for group registration discounts. Current active registrants of SAP TechEd 2009 Bangalore do not qualify.
- SAP employees are not eligible for group registration discounts.
- Group registration discounts do not apply to fees for SAP Certification Exam.
- Group registration discounts do not apply to Virtual SAP TechEd (VSTE) subscription offer.
- Group registration discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer(s).
- SAP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time.
