Hotel
Travelzen, an official housing agent by China SAPPHIRE NOW + SAP TechEd, is offering the special benefits exclusively for attendees of the event from selected Beijing hotels. Travelzen will provide free regular shuttles from hotel to venue during the conference period. The time table will be provided at check-in.
Please note that SAP is not responsible for hotel reservation, substitution and cancellation. Attendee should contact Travelzen directly for any hotel issues.

* Favorable registration rate for SAP TechEd 2011 Beijing depends on the date when the registration fees are paid in full, that is, the registrant will be charged with a favorable registration rate if he makes the payment within the required period.
Note:
- You will receive an e-mail with your personal registration number when the online registration is finished.
- Online registration is not acknowledged until the payment is completed. Before the start of the event, all registrants are required to make payment in full. With the payment completed, the registrants will receive a confirmation email.
- Only RMB is accepted for registrants from China, and US dollars for those from overseas. And we accept three types of fee payment: credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), company check, and bank wire transfer.
- SAP reserves the right to cancel or revise the policies for favorable registration rate.

Group Participation Rules
Rules and Regulation for Group Ticket Package
SAP TechEd offers special discount to a group registrants, no. of which should be above ten including ten. Detailed group discount prices are listed above.
- This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- All group registrants must be employed by the same company and possess the same e-mail address domain. One lead registrant must take responsibility to purchase the group package.
If the lead registrant requests a full cancellation of the entire group discount package on or before Friday, Sept 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m., all the group registrations will be cancelled. A RMB 350 service charge will apply to each package registration. If the cancellation request is submitted after Sept 30, 2011, there will not be any refund. The cancellation request must be submitted via e-mail to sapteched@csdn.net. SAP will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please email your cancellation notice to sapteched@csdn.net before the September 30, 2011deadline. Cancellations made after the September 30, 2011 deadline and delegates who do not attend and do not cancel will be liable for the full registration fee.
Substitutions
Substitutions must be received in writing, be addressed to the registration office, and include the names of both the original and the substitute registrants. Pleae fill in the substitution form and send the request to sapteched@csdn.net before November 11, 2011 (18:00). For substitute request after November 11, no session can be signed up or changed. Please take the substitution form with signature of the original attendee to the information desk at the venue. SAP will not accept the request via phone.

SAP Privacy Policy
SAP will keep attendee contact information confidential. However, please be advised that your contact information (name, title, company, address, phone, and e-mail) will be encoded on your badge within the magnetic strip. It is at your discretion to provide your badge to any exhibitor for scanning. Providing your badge for scanning gives the exhibitor your permission to market to you in the future.
SAP may record your image, photograph, and voice by any technology or means at the event (“Recording”) and use it in various media for the event, advertising, or any other lawful purposes.
Disclaimer
SAP shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its conference materials, nor shall SAP be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its conference materials or other information conveyed at SAP TechEd. SAP and China National Covention Center will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with attendance at SAP TechEd or participation in any of the SAP TechEd conference activities or events.
SAP and China National Convention Center assume no responsibility for any losses due to theft or loss of equipment and articles or other personal property. SAP and China National Covention Center also reserve the right at their sole discretion and with no additional liability to refuse entrance, immediately eject and terminate the participation of any person whose conduct is deemed objectionable, disorderly, or disruptive to SAP, facility use or in violation of any law.
In the event that SAP TechEd 2011 Beijing is cancelled, registrants will be refunded only the registration fee. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration at any time with no liability other than refunding the applicable registration fee.
