Lecture Sessions 
Our one-hour lecture sessions are instructor-led and may include in-depth Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and/or online demonstrations. Review the session details for any prerequisites to ensure you are fully qualified to attend. The instructor may offer time for questions and open discussion at the end of the session. Classroom size may vary. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Lecture seats cannot be reserved; however, you will be able to add them to your personal agenda.
Hands-On Workshops 
Our two-hour hands-on workshops are instructor-led and may include hands-on learning and applicable exercises. Two students share one laptop computer. The instructor may offer time for questions and open discussion at the end of the workshop.
Hands-On Workshop Sign-Up
Only registrants who have already paid their registration fee may reserve seat for one hands-on workshop. For those registrants who want to attend more hands-on workshop, please logon to your account and pay extra fees for hands-on workshop. Price for one hands-on workshop is RMB500 or USD100, and each registrant can attend 7 hands-on workshops at maximum during SAP TechEd Beijing.
Advance sign-up is required for seating reservation. We reserve hands-on workshop seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
The agenda builder and hands-on workshop sign-up are scheduled to open online in October. We will send all registrants advance e-mails announcing the exact date and time.
Once hands-on workshop sign-up opens, each registrant may sign up for one workshop. Please plan to sign up as early as possible to reserve a seat in your desired hands-on workshop. Review the session details published on the conference Web site for any prerequisites to ensure you are fully qualified to attend.
Hands-On Workshop Seats
Hands-on workshop registrants must claim their reserved seat at the start of the hands-on workshop by submitting the hands-on workshop ticket attached on conference badge to conference staffs. We reserve the right to release any unclaimed seat at the start of a hands-on workshop. Plan to arrive early to your hands-on workshop. Even one minute late may result in forfeiture of your seat. Registrants may also attend any hands-on workshop with open seats remaining at the start of the workshop.
Hands-On Workshop Auditing
Instructors may allow registrants to audit a hands-on workshop. If permitted by the instructor, auditing is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is strictly limited to the seating capacity of the classroom.
Session Handouts
A week prior to the event, we will email registrants announcing that the presentation handouts are available in Adobe PDF format on the conference website, so you can download them to your laptop, or print them at your discretion. You must be a registered attendee to access the PDFs.
Maximum Session Capacity
Session capacity is strictly limited to the seating capacity of the classroom. We will not permit overcrowded or standing-room-only classrooms.
Basics
All conference sessions take place at the China National Convention Center. The session language will be subject to the session speaker. Information of session language will be announced on the website. Simultaneous interpretation from English to Chinese will be arranged for certain sessions. All conference and session information is subject to change or cancellation
