How Business Process Experts Can Improve Business Insight and Drive Business Process Improvements

It is important that enterprises adopt a culture of process and the business process perspective. It is just as important to recognize that to successfully operate its business an enterprise needs keen business insight to move upward and improve continuously. This is achieved when the business process expert embeds business intelligence into the work of defining or refining process. Against this background, this session will discuss the significance of rooting Business Intelligence (BI) considerations within business process design and the role of BI experts and business process experts in this context. The discussion will include (but may not be limited to) the relevance of the capabilities within the SAP BusinessObjects solutions portfolio in this context. This session will provide guidance on leveraging internal BPX and BOC community capabilities and will share the lessons learned from customer experiences.

SAP NetWeaver Process Integration Roadmap This session provides a detailed overview about the benefits and functions delivered with the next release of SAP NetWeaver Process Integration. The enhancements will be provided for the three capabilities: Enterprise Services Repository and Registry, Service Bus, and SOA Management.

The User Interaction Strategy of SAP NetWeaver: Introduction and Planned Novelties This session provides both an overview and an outlook on the general SAP user interaction (UI) options and the involved capabilities. This includes the UI clients (e.g. SAP NetWeaver Portal, SAP NetWeaver Business Client, SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe), the UI services (e.g. for creation of user-generated content and code-free UI modeling) and the UI infrastructure (e.g. Web Dynpro ABAP / Java).

The above SAP NetWeaver capabilities form the core of the session and will be complemented by information on other relevant topics such as the SAP Signature Design.
