By registering at this SAP TechEd web site and providing your personal information, you further agree that SAP may convert the contact information submitted in your registration (name, title, company, address, phone, fax, and e-mail) into a barcode or QR code, and print it on the back of your conference badge. Although SAP will not provide your information for marketing purposes to any unrelated third parties, most exhibitors at the conference will have badge-scanning devices as part of their displays and promotional activities. In addition, many smart phones are equipped with code scanners. It is at your discretion to agree to provide your badge to any exhibitor or other attendee for scanning, which will allow the exhibitor or other attendee to collect your information and use it for future marketing or contact purposes. You agree that SAP has no control, responsibility, or liability associated with any exhibitor's collection or use of your information. If you do not agree to such collection and use, do not provide or allow your badge to be scanned.
SAP may record your image, photograph, and voice by any technology or means at the event ("Recording") and use it in various media for the event, advertising, or any other lawful purposes and you release SAP from any claims resulting from such use of the Recording.
SAP shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its conference materials, nor shall SAP be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its conference materials or other information conveyed at SAP TechEd Amsterdam.
SAP specifically disclaims and will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with the attendance at SAP TechEd Amsterdam, or participation in any SAP TechEd Amsterdam activities or events.
SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.
